Oh, Syl...a fellow New Yorker and a girl after my own heart! Like you, it was a BIG adjustment for me, moving to the "country!" It's just impossible to find a decent bagle anywhere!! But, like a true New Yorker, you've adjusted with such style and panash!! I do so admire your take charge, "in control," attitude!
