pinning over the ears does not hurt them at all so that is why i don't mind doing it to mickey. besides, in my personal opinion i like ears when they are flopped over. kai's are really cute too though :D

No, not at all! I think it's cruel to alter the animal for vanity's sake when it causes pain. If the dog's a puppy and what you're doing causes no pain (like ear taping and gluing, if done right), then go ahead. I'm only against it when the dog is an adult and it wouldn't make a difference, or if it causes unnecessary pain.Quote:

Prima, I didn't see anything wrong with doing the gluing and
taping thing, like you say it doesn't hurt them. In my case
though I ultimately didn't care if Oz's ears were up or down,
so I didn't think it was worth the effort.

Fox's ears ar fine. The breeder said if they start coming up just to stick them together with bluetack.
