For those of you unfamiliar with Minnie, she is semi-feral, and we are working on acclimating her to me. She now resides in my upstairs bedroom closet, and doesn't have anywhere close to the level of fear she is demonstrating in this picture. This picture is from July. She now accepts my pets, purrs, drools, and doesn't shrink from me!!! She does still stay largely in the closet, though.

Vermontcat...that reminds me...there is this billboard advertising one of our exhibits at the zoo, the much loved Penquins. It says something like, "What is black and white and loved all over?" and of course, whenever I see it I think of my herd!!!! He he he
