From what we have heard at the clinic, the owners are pressing charges, The thing that gets me is what if a child had come out the door at the same time. The dog was just lying on the porch by the front door. Just because they are the law doesnt give them the right. And what the Smoak family went through, there isn't enought money in the world to replace what they have lost.
