Q please................the 5th letter guess
-
Oh No! The guesses are going to fly in now! :p
I just noticed that there was a mistake in the puzzle, how it is written. My friend wrote it and I got it from her site, I didn't want to go back and change the whole thing and fix it after we had started already. :)
Hairless rats need to eat more o-ten to -ee- warm. A normal rat needs a well -alan-ed diet o- -rains, seeds, and a -rotein sour-e. Hairless rats eat more o- it. Also, althou-h not -ro-en, a hi-her sour-e o- -rotein seems to -ene-it their health.
--nerall-, a hi-h -rotein, non~aller-eni- do- -i--le or -at -i--le -an -e added into the diet will meet these needs. I -eed
m- hairless rats -at -how, seeds, -asta and oats twi-e a da-. -urred rats require a do- -i--le with a lower -rotein ratio.

Karen guessed the puzzle correctly, however, she wishes to pass it on to the next highest scorer.
Since there were guesses made before you sent the phrase guess, I am going to add those up right now and let you all know who the highest scorer is. Be right back........:D

Ok here is what the puzzle looked like with the last guesses:
Hairless rats need to eat more o-ten to -eep warm. A normal rat needs a well
balan-ed diet o- -rains, seeds, and a protein sour-e. Hairless rats eat more o- it.
Also, althou-h not pro-en, a hi-her sour-e o- protein seems to bene-it their health.
-enerall-, a hi-h protein, non~aller-eni- do- -ibble or -at -ibble -an be added into the
diet will meet these needs. I -eed
m- hairless rats -at -how, seeds, pasta and oats twi-e a da-. -urred rats require a
do- -ibble with a lower protein ratio.

The second highest person would be AmyLovesMisty, however since she is so young and is most likely in school all day and a puzzle is a big responsibilty, I will let her chose whether she wants to host or not. I don't know if she will come back to read this anyway, we will see. :)
If she doesn't, it would be passed to AmberLee. :)
Here is the complete puzzle:
Hairless rats need to eat more often to keep warm. A normal rat needs a well
balanced diet of grains, seeds, and a protein source. Hairless rats eat more of it.
Also, although not proven, a higher source of protein seems to benefit their
health. Generally, a high protein, non-allergenic dog kibble or cat kibble can be
added into the diet will meet these needs. I feed my hairless rats cat chow,
seeds, pasta and oats twice a day. Furred rats require a dog kibble with a lower
protein ratio.
