Rest and take it easy. Drink lots of water - will help flush out the anesthetic. Bet you are glad to be home with hubby and furry comfort.:love:
Yes no place like home,yes miss the kitties,good to be home for sure.i have had a bag of saline pumped through me at the hospital,so should be well hydrated,had Meds to stop sickness and more before I left home,had a wee sleep,so feeling not too bad now.
Welcome HOME, Carole! We're so glad all went well and you are back with your family. Get lots of rest, and let your husband and kitties take good care of you.
Be well and strong soon!
Love from us :love::love::love::love::love::love::love::love:
Thank you my dear friend,I am doing well,was only a minor op,but it still takes it out of you,hopefully I will be able to breathe better now the nasty polyp I had is gone,No bending down for a while ,amazing no swelling,or bruising either,tony did a good job,bit tender is all,hospital took wonderful care of me, gave me meds so i would not be sick,but often still can be because of where it is,was fine on waking but after cuppa and sandwich felt very nauseous,so they gave me something else through the drip and hey presto was fine,makes you sleepy,so came home and had much needed little snooze,throat not as sore today,I am even going out to the mall today to splash out on a new top,has 30per cent off just today,nothing like a bit of retail therapy to cheer one up.
Thank you all for your kind words and re-assurance ,when you suffer from anxiety unfortunately everything seems a major,when in reality it is not .
Yay, glad it is over and done, and recovery has commenced!
Glad to hear you are doing better! :love:
yep i think all is going very well,but i have to admit to extreme fatigue, not sure why i am feeling this way,i have no energy, and i have been taking naps to help combat it, but other than that and feeling either stuffy in the nose or nose streaming and headaches ,which is completely normal after the polyectomy,i am doing fine.
So glad you're home and doing better! As far as the fatigue - ANY surgery throws your system for a loop, so it takes a bit to readjust itself. Naps are good; keep up the recovery!
Carole,
Don't be scared. Just think of it as the best night's sleep you've ever had!!! You'll be in my thoughts and prayers.

Yes I am just surprised at how much it has affected me,I was not even under for long,but there you go,yes a very poor sleeper so any extra is always good,now to go get that shoulder of mine seen to,two months of continuous pain is not good,one thing at a time though is my coping skills lol,thanks for all your well wishes,advice and comments.
Get some good rest, Carole! Here's hoping and praying that you are back to normal soon.
