If it doesn't seem to bother cats I may try to bounce sheets. Arizona get VERY dry in the winter, after I get out of my car I always fear touching metal after that because I get shocked really bad. I can't brush my cats because everytime I put the brush on them they get shocked. I have to do one brush then touch it to my palm so it lightly shocks me then do one more brush... it's such a pain. It ends up taking forever to brush them.

The cat water fountain (Drinkwell) we have adds a lot of moisture to the air here and really cuts down on the zaps. Maybe it would help you, too?
I get a lot of zaps on my car and in the pet food aisle of the grocery store for some reason though. Maybe I should carry Bounce in my purse???
