Those pictures are priceless. Maybe it is time for Edwina to have sibling with whom to share her wit and wisdom.

We have tons of squirrels around here, and since I have so many birdfeeders I have a popular backyard for neighborhood rodents. My kitty goes nuts when he sees squirrels or chipmunks out back - he plasters himself up against the window, starts pawing at the glass, pacing back and forth, and making the little "machine gun" noise that was mentioned on another thread. The squirrels could care less about him, though - they know he's not a threat;)
Too cute!!! I wonder what schemes Shirley and Edwina come up with!! :D

The relationship between Edwina and Shirley has deepened during the year. This is a photo from early in the summer.....
Yes, so would mine. It is soooo cute how calm Edwina watches Shirley.Quote:

And Shirley has her own chair too! Yep, Edwina has passed on quite a few hints to Shirley already I can see. ;) Now you have a queenie in the house and one in the yard. :D
Who's breaking out and who's breaking in?!!!!!! LOL.Quote:

Some years ago, we planted an apple tree - which has since become a "cafeteria" of sorts for deer, squirrels, raccoons....this year we managed to harvest about 5 apples for ourselves
The deck seems to be a perfect dining room for this fat little fella! It's hilarious to watch them put these big apples in their mouths and try to run away with them....their head gets too heavy and they end up tripping and rolling over the apple, tumbling with it to the edge of the trees.
Scenes like this also typically find Ritz with her face plastered to the patio window or furiously pacing back and forth.
Tuxluvr that picture is just precious and worthy of framing! What a cute little guy he is and what a comical scene that must be! Oh I bet Ritzy has a wonderful time at the window watching the goings on. I can just imagine her tail whipping as this little guy munches on his feast! Great picture!!
