Sana, I was stratching her ears when she was in the carrier but probably couldn't pet her or pick her up now. Trying not to stress her out. She isn't too upset when I'm near her but seems to be on guard.

This sounds very promising.:) It took Ziggy several years before she really felt comfortable and part of the family and she wasn't even a feral cat. Good luck.:)

Welcome to Pet Talk, Tessa!

I was petting Tessa twice today and she will come up near me to get treats. I'm taking it slow but am sure she will come around. She was adopted once but the lady brought her back after a week and a half because she kept hiding. The rescue TOLD her she wasn't gonna be a lap kitty for a long time if ever!:rolleyes:
