Delilah (Delidog) 1996 - 12/10/2010

I was saddened to visit this thread, as of course, I recognized her name instantly. Very sorry for your loss, and I hope the memories, in time, will bring you comfort.

the only thing harder to do than let them go is to watch them suffer. You've freed her from that, and she'll always be watching over you. So very sorry for your loss.

Bye bye sweet Delilah. Your loving presence will be sadly missed but have a good time at the Rainbow bridge.

Oh Nicole...I'm so, so sorry to hear the sad news.:( Like Karen, I have to take a deep breath when I read here, and my heart sunk when I read Delilah's name.:( She was such a beloved memeber of Pet Talk, over so many years, since the beginning; reading her threads, your posts,looking at her precious pictures always put a smile on my face. I'm heartbroken for you that she's gone, but what a wonderful life you gave her, and now she has gone to a happy place, young and healthy again. And like all of our Rainbow Bridge kids, my Jingles and Cody are welcoming her with love and open paws.
My most sincere, heartfelt sympathies to you and your family, Nicole. Your beautiful Delilah was so lucky to have you as her mom.

I do not even begin to know what to say except I am so, so sorry! And I am so sorry that I am so late in responding. I will send a private pm to let you know why I am even slower and crazier than ever. I have to say though that wow - Delilah lived a long and happy life with you - 14 1/2 years. I know how much you will miss her, and Hobo and Joey. It's impossible to even think about them all being gone. I had so hoped we would get down there before this happened. Somehow the years slip you by before you even know it.

You and the pups are in my prayers. Always.
