Normally I would TOTALLY be okay with this cute spotted nose, but for showing it has to fill in. :-P
And thanks for the comments guys, we are super excited and once again you will be bombed with dalmatian puppy pictures... somehow I don't think you'll mind. LOL

Good, good, sweet lovely Delta! Lots of kisses on her.
Doc is precious! I know you can't wait to get him home, and we can't wait for a gazillion pictures!!!

That's weird it has to be filled in. Is there a reason?

Oh my goodness Monica...you have a super cute boy there! For some reason I didn't remember that they were brownies, but wow...I LOVE HIM:love:
I'm with Staci, I can't wait to meet him!

It's not a disqualification, but a 'cosmetic' issue... so it's a fault, but many dals have still finished with incomplete nose or eye trim. My breeder says Doc can probably still get his championship with his nose the way it is now... but the way spots grow, it'll most likely fill in. It doesn't show any health issues or anything...
-
Oh ok, I was just curious. :) Yeah, it's usually not a health issue. Dogs that have really red noses though and if they are blotched (not spotted) is usually a sign of Lupis (Auto-immune Disease). You would know though but of course he doesn't have it, it's normal for puppies to have "butterfly" noses. :D

Congratulations! The picture of Delta and Doc, nose to nose, just warms my heart! What a darling pupster!
