I'd call your vet and see what he suggests. He seems to care a lot for JJJ3. :love:

My prays for JJJ3 that his gums heal up quickly.
Has anyone tried a gravy to entice their Cats to eat?
I see a lot of these at PetsMart and I am curious about which ones are good.
I will ask about Lysine.
Can you get that as a liquid????

:) Yes I have tried the gravy with my babies just to see if they liked it.. The Chicken was the only one they liked.. I only got like once or twice.. Hey thats a good idea.. It would not hurt to try.. If I remember right it has extra vitamins in it..
You might want to ask the pharmacy is they would consider compounding the lysine for you so that it would be in liquid form. That might be a possibility.
Well he actually ate the Pro Plan chinks of Chicken and Rice and My Friends from the AWA are bringing 10 cans of Medi Cal Recovery which Joseph loves.
Its more resaonable at the Country Vets where they go to.
:):)
And he likes taht more than the A/D.
:cool::cool:
Joseph sleeps by me every night and PURRRRRSS!!!
I pray hes not saying Good Bye:(
Gary, he got through the surgery just fine and is healing up enough to eat what he loves. I'd say he's not ready to say "goodbye" just yet. I think he is saying "Thank you, Dad!":)
I have a 30 % off coupon on a 50 dollar purchase at PetsMart,
can anyonr recommend a gravy , or special Cat Food for My Poor Dear Old Cat.
:love::love::love:
I think I will pick up Wellmess and EVO!!!
:):):)
You might want to try Weruva Paw Lickin' Chicken. It's finely shredded chicken in lots of broth, and my guys are crazy for it.
I checked the Weruva website, and there are stores that carry that brand in Ontario: http://www.weruva.com/stores.html
Yes there one in Dundas which is fairly close and I have an appointment at Mc Master which is not that far away.
I hope its not too expensive as Josephs picky, but it cant be as expensive than A/D or Recovery :eek::eek::eek:
The Weruva food is pretty expensive (maybe not quite as much as A/D), but I'd still recommend picking up a few cans. Gatsby's a picky eater, and he inhales the stuff. Angel is even more picky, and he loves it too.
I bought some EVo Chicken and Turkey that fiarly moist and some Wellness Chicken and Nutrience Duck and Rabbit at PetsMart.
Mixed with Recovery and A/D Joseph is eating.
We cant wait to try the Weruva!!:love::love::love:
Hooray! Joseph is eating!! Go, kitty, go!:love:
