It's so good to know that JJJ3 has strong teeth. The laser should be painless, and make him way more comfy.
What a blessing to have that new dental intern!
Best wishes for a speedy recover for dear Joseph!:love::love::love:
Hooray! I was so worried all day at work about Joseph. PT prayers have worked again!:love:
The girls all have their paws crossed for JJJ3. :love::love: We will all be thinking of him and wishing him all the best for his treatment.
How sweet of Scrappy2 to be sticking close and looking after him. :love::love:
Whew, that's good news, Gary! I just read this and was nervous about reading on. I'm glad that things happened the way that they did and I'm sure that J3 will be just fine. :love:
I recieved some sad news from My Vet.:(
Josephs had a mild stroke and is having some issues with vision and motor control and will need me to help him with therapy.
I will have to build ramps for him in case he thinks that he can jump the way he used to.
I bet the Other Cats help me pamper My Dear Old Friend.:love::love::love:
I hope that they bring up Whiskas Purrfectly Fishy soon, he loves those.:cool::cool:
But he should be home Thursday, and we sure miss Our Joey:love::):cool:
I herad from My Vet, Josephs gums and teeth are a mess , and he has hyper tyroidism and kidney issues.
He didnt have a stroke , which is good.
Overall hes going to need extensive surgery , but as long as hes going to have a proper quality of life, I will fight for My Best Friend.
JJJ3:love::and I thank you for your prayers:
Well, he couldn't be in better hands, Gary. Until he comes home on Thursday, you have some time to build those ramps, if necessary. Keep the faythe. :love:
HUGS - that is sad news, but hopefully they can still help the pain in that tooth, and you can find some scrap boards or old shelves to make ramps.
JJJ3 is very loved, and his cat buddies will certainly help him heal.
I wonder if a bit of salmon oil on his food will help...I know your vet and his tech will suggest anything that might help him.:love:
I will ask My Vet about that Catty1!
I have a feeling that you are preaching to the converted there as JJJ3 loves Salmon.
:cool::cool::cool:
Theres a special at Wal Mart Superstore on Mewo Mic Market Specialties and I ordered a case for Joseph.
Hes eating those up and looks happy.
Hes getting spolied even more than he does here.
They LOVE JOEY there!!!:love::love::love:
How could they not love him? From now on, whatever Joseph wants, Joseph gets. Get better soon, precious kitty!:love:
I'm just seeing this, Gary, I'm sorry Joseph is having such a time. Prayers things get better soon!

What I wouldnt give to have a Time Machine, just for a Day.:(:(
I will bring home chickens and spare ribs.:love::love:
Thats why I spoil My Found Cats:love::love: , I know they are not Furrever:(:(:(
Hi, Gary - and Hi, JJJ3.
Gary, the oil I am talking about I got at Pet Planet. Spring Meadows Fish Oil.
It's been made so it is not stinky - just a slight smell. I had a spare pump bottle that I pour it into, so it is easy to mix into wet food.
I am sure all your Found Cats would like it - it lasts a long time - and it might help their arteries a bit, just like in people.
Your vet might even have the Omega 3 oil for dogs in a pump bottle. One pump's worth is good for 2 large cats (mine! :D )
