Juke Joint Josephson his way for a Total Senior Cat Scan and Evaluation, although it looks as though its a bad tooth. We are discussing having Josephs remaining teeth pulled but thats a long operation, and could be risky for an Older Cat!
I pray that Juke Joint Joseph has a few more years of Love with us all.

Well first hings first,there was an infected molar whichh was pulled, and that hopefully will let Juke Joint Joseph eat.
But My Vet cautioned me as he did with Bo Bo, that Joseph is an Old Cat, and that hes probably not got a lot of time left, maybe a year.
Hes coming home with Meds to help him, but hes not a Kitten anymore.
Guess whos going to be spolied like noones business, and Aunt Janice from Meals on Wheels will get some Special Orders starting Tuesday.:love:

Those teeth will do it everytime. Shadow just went through this a couple weeks ago. She got around 7 pulled and is doing much better. I'm glad to hear he is on the road to recovery. And at least his final years will be pain free and happy.
The trouble is that Juke Joint Joseph has had chronic bad teeth for years, and even with the regular visits to the Vets for cleaning, thats taken a toll on his kidneys.
Hes getting a steroid shot and going home with Depro Medrol and Anti Biotics.
I am getting meals lined up for My Tuxedo Treasure, Liver Pureed Tuesday, and Sea Food Salad.
When I buy Meat Ends I get Turkey and Chicken slices I can mince.
JJJ3s going to be the Spoiled Cat of 2009!!!

First we are glad that this bad old tooth is out now. And now - even if he should have a kidney problem- it's all about life quality. I think he may live longer as he is a happy kitty.
