Sweet! Gladys is gorgeous :D Congratulations Kay :)
I love the name!!!-:D
Congratulations. You just don't see them on the road anymore! My very first brand new (not used) car was a 1969 Maverick - also green! :)
Wow, that is one hot ride. I also love the rims.:)
that is one sweet ride!!... very nice.. love the color!!... congrats :)
My dad had a maverick! It was a beige-ish sandy color.
I loved that car. Of course I was only about 5 when he had it, but still....
Someone has put a lot of work into either keeping up yours or reconditioning her. She's beautiful!
Wow, what a cool car, Kay!
VERY COOL! It's in awesome condition.
Congratulations! I guess you got your drivers license!!? :)
The minute I saw the car, my mind said Maverick. But it also said no they aren't around anymore. So I was shocked when you said that is what it is. My first car was in 1970 was a 1970 Maverick blue in color - it had been used as a demo so it was considered used but it was just like new. I am sure I paid considerably less than you did - well, maybe. But I was ever so proud of buying my first car on my own right after I got out of high school. I don't think I will ever forget that car or the pride of ownership.
I hope you have a lot of great times in your Maverick. Love the color!
thats one sharp car!
Kay,
That is a beautiful car!!!!!
Congrats!
Ooooo - WHEEE! Nice!
Mmmm that's so auto-erotic I think I had a car-gasm ;) (can I say that here?) :D
That sure is a Florida car! No rust from road salt, or anything! My first car was a light blue 1974 Maverick with maroon primer, sky blue paint on the fenders, a brown driver's side door, and a black, flaking roof.
