If you have that many witnessness to being misquoted, if you have not, I would write the reporter and ask officially something be printed to fix it, and if she will not, get that in writing too. Perhaps you can sue for slander/libel (I forget which one refers to the printed word).
Approaching from all directions, even roundabout ones, at times can be helpful.

So Gable didnt pursue this through legal channels?
If the answer is no, Ill supply the platter his A$$ is handed to you on.
Edit: Heck even if He did go through legal channels, you were misquoted. Nail his butt and the reporters butt to the wall!

Thanks for the offer, Blue.
He intimidated me and harassed me throughout the entire trial. He knows it and I know it.
As far as the misquote is concerned, I've called the reporter on it and she swears that's what I said. I didn't say WILL, I said COULD. Big difference. I'll tell you one thing though. I will never EVER give her another interview. She just can't get her story right.

Sic em girl! At least if nothing else, perhaps this will make him squirm a bit. But a reprimand in his file sure sounds good to me.
And "blue" - you're my kind of guy!!! :D
