They go most by measurement, not so much by weight.

No, you put the collar part over thier head, then lift the left front leg, put it through loop and snap in place on the other side. Very easy. Much easier to put on then the easy walk harness.

Frankie is pulling a lot though when I walk him. I guess he feels free. :rolleyes:
