It has it's drawbacks - like trying to find age-appropriate clothes!!! I'm not a teeny-bopper anymore (thank goodness)! :D

I'm O+ . :)
I am A negative.
I'm B- as well.
I would be thrilled if I could give blood but they disqualify me due to my time spent in Germany.
O- with some kind of RH factor ()
I have O negative.
My blood type is called the "universal donor" because every person on earth can receive my blood with no problems.
However, the only type of blood I can receive is O negative.
Kind of makes it the "martyr" blood type, doesn't it?
I can't donate blood. I have tried a few times, and I always end up passing out and scaring the living daylights out of the staff. The same thing happens if I have to get blood drawn for a test, or even if I get some shots. It's not a because the process upsets or disturbs me, I'm actually not bothered at all by needles, blood, etc.
The best any doctor has been able to figure out, it has something to do with the fact that I have very low blood pressure, and hypoglycemia.
RH factor is a problem that arises when a woman with negative blood is pregnant with a baby with positive blood. I had this when I was pregnant, and had to get shots before my son was born. I don't know remember the details now, but I think it has something to do with the potential for the mixing of the two blood types at birth. Could be dangerous for the negative typed mother, although not for the positive typed baby, I would imagine.
I donated blood for the first time in early June - I finally got my nerves together and went through with it, because I`ve always hated shots and the like. The girl next to me passed out, which added to my nervousness, but it went well. I did pass out though several hours later, strangely. I`m O positive, though, and I`d like to donate again soon. :)
I'm A+
I am B+, my one child is AB+. My other child is B+. My ex is A+.
Great to read so many of you brave ones donate blood, awesome, women can donate 3 times a year here and men four, for obvious reasons.:)
Just donated yesterday, I try to donate every couple of months, I am next eligible October 22.
I am a B+ as is my sister. My Dad and big brother are both B- , and I'm not sure what Lady's Human type is. Ma was A+ and when I was born, I almost needed a transfusion because my blood couldn't decide which to be, negative or positive, but it settled down into B+ - compromise, I guess!
Everyone in my family tries to donate as often as we can, my sister, though is no longer eligible. Her veins were the opposite of mine, they'd roll and play hard-to-get. Mine are nice and obvious on both arms, and I drink a lot of water so I am always well-hydrated. The nurses at the blood drive love me because I'm such an easy person to get the needle into correctly.
I am O+, as is my mom, dad, and sister.
I used to donate blood as often as I could, but every time they are having a blood drive down here lately, I always forget about it after I have seen the signs, or I am in a rush to be back at work, etc.
