Thank you! Has anyone out there ever tried using one of those at home DNA tests to determine their mixed breeds' mix?... just wondering...
Are there any pet talkers who own or know a catahoula leopard dog??? I'd love to hear about how they act and maybe see some pictures!
They are awesome and such joys to be around. we had 2 sister catahoulas at the shelter, Chloe & Acorn. Here are their pics in this thread. We have had so many catahoulas where I work, I will have to find more pics.. I adore the breed and hope to have one someday. All they want to do is please you. :)

My ex's uncle use to breed/show Catahoulas. They are really pretty dogs. The shows were awesome, not only was it show ring, but competitions for them herding bulls and pigs. It was really different. But sorry dont know too much about them.
As far as DNA testing, I got my dog DNA tested, I should get the results next week. It wasn't nearly as expensive as I thought it would be $60.00 but I've been having a huge string of bad luck with the post office getting the test from and to the lab. I'm a very curious person, it would bother me forever if I didn't know what he was made of.
edit: He does look more Catahoula than husky to me.
