Sometimes, when I open up COTD, I just have to laugh. Such was the case today, when I gazed upon the humorous face of Fern. I am still laughing. Last night, a kitten appeared in my dream and that kitten laughed, just like a person. In fact, the kitten laughed a lot. I had never seen a kitten laugh like that. It was something.

Fluffy-tailed Fern, you are the sweetest little baby! I wish I could pick you right out of my computer and hug you! I'm at work right now and decided to spend my whole lunch period looking at your beautiful COTD photo and your wonderful web site! You grew fast but stayed just as cute as when you were the size of your human's hand. You and Sissy Iris are adorable little dolls!
