Thanks for the replies! I really enjoyed reading them :). My normal answer, knowing both mutts ;), would be to call Frankie the beggar. However, after reading the replies I think Riley is the beggar and Frankie is the "taker" :D.

Frankie has the same look Cincy gets when she is anticipation of a treat or a tennis ball. Like they haven't had a treat for weeks.....
