I'm sorry to hear about your S2, what exactly happened to it? Mine broke a while ago with an error message (E18); I have the S5 now.

The last days have been warmer and sunny so I can have a walk everyday with my baby in my village. Here are too ducks that we meet everyday. Sometimes they walk into people's gardens :) , very cute

I'm always having problems to get these effects!
But you may also be right about the pictures being a bit grainy, it was the same with my S2, and the S5 isn't much better. When you look at the pictures in full size, there's always chromatic noise, and blooming effects, too. When you reduce the size of the photo, it doesn't look bad, but I'm not happy with the results of the original photo.
