just a lil' info:
this breed is very affectionate, energetic, and a great watchdog. early socialization and a firm, patient trainer is best for the dog. this breed is a heavy shedder, frequent barking, and has a dominant and strong mind. they have hunting instintcs and are related to the siberian husky, samoyed and akita. they were a favorite of the vikings.
that's all i'll give you know...good luck!:)
REMEMBER: this is my first try at the game. :p

IW's are so cool. When I was younger, my uncle had a couple of them. The dogs would put their front paws on his shoulders and look OVER his head - he was 6' 4". They'd sit beside you and look you in the eye while you sat at the dinner table. When they'd lay on the king sized bed, they STILL hung off the sides LONGWAYS! He had a 55 gal tank and couldn't figure out where his fancy fish were going. They were getting slurped up when the dogs would drink out of the aquarium.
But, of all the dogs he had, they were my favorite.

lol:D
the only reason why i knew that dog, without ready all the info and basing it only on the pic, is because my dad used to have a deer wolfhound and the two always looked alike.
