I can't believe I'm saying this but if you're already over your agreed limit, why not take them w/you anyhow, not to keep, but until you can get your bearings and find homes for them? It's a stretch but if none of the options work out that Catty1 suggested, what else can you do?

Ok. I got ahold of Best Friends (thanks Candace!!!) and they said that although they are full, they did send me to the NC link so that I could post. Also Tracy has been crossposting and so has critters. I am praying so hard for these kitties. I feel so responsible.
Thank you all for your advice and prayers. I just cant give up now... It would be devastating after all this to lose them...
Wanted to add- I MIGHT be able to sneak one of the girls in, but I still cant promise anything... I mean I am trying to sneak in a few as it is. I cant overdue it and get caught. If it was a small dog or something, I think that would be ok, but the number of cats are a little overwhelming to "non cat people" I am lucky I can bring as many as I can....
Plus there is still one outside cat and just 2 days ago, another kitten (around 12-14 weeks) popped up :rolleyes: I DID NOT bring her in. She has been eating, and there is a crate outside if she wants to use it. I feel bad, but at this point, my hands are tied. I CANT TAKE HER!
Katie - tell BF about the new ones too! Maybe there is someone there you can stay in contact with!

Still no hits or help. Still trying my best. I am calling a private rescue tomorrow, please pray they can take in one or two atleast...
Oh Katie I wish I could help you, if only I lived closer to you or even in the same country :( I will pray you can find somebody who can take these guys in for you. Perhaps you could contact a local paper and have a feature to publicize that they need homes, sometimes my local paper do that, animals that are in need of homes, or maybe your local radio station?
I will pray hard that this situation resolves itself soon for you, good luck and best wishes :)

I think that the 'foster' who wouldn't take them at the last minute should be helping you find the kitties a place! :mad: The nerve.
