Sorry to hear about Tango. Dance has such a sweet face I'm sure it's comforting just to look at her. I love her white feet too, it's like she has socks!

Thanks everyone. She is really a great pup, even if she can be a bit much at times. :)
She really doesn't act like she even knows Tango's gone. That's her sweet, "please pet me" look. She's still her same bouncy, happy, always on the go self.
Alyssa, lots of people have been commenting that they have a similar look. I personally don't see it much though, not sure why. Though I guess they do kind of look similar. Dance is a lot more stocky and short than Tango ever was.
As to her paws, I love them too. My mom calls her Fancy Feet all the time, rather than Dance. In fact, she rarely ever hears her actual name. Lol, I usually call her Dancey Roo for some reason - it just fits her. And yes, she is getting pretty big. I picked her up the other day and I couldn't believe how heavy she's gotten!
She is so sweet. I love her little white feet. It'll just take lots of time. I was pretty rough on Dasher when I first got him. I kept comparing him to Duke, which was unfair to him. It will get better, over time. As I've said, they can make you forget the sadness, even for a little while. And, that little while grows as time goes on.
Dance, you take good care of your mom. You're so darned cute you'll be bound to making her smile.
Dance's eyes have matured a lot since I last saw her. In a way, it feels like I'm looking at Tango's lasting legacy. Beautiful =)
Gosh, its hard to believe how big she has gotten! :).. She looks like a total sweetheart, give her a big hug from me :)
Thanks you guys. :)
Sophie, I said the same thing about her eyes the other day. They're not very puppy like at all anymore.
Val, I've been doing much better with her these last couple of days. There are still times when I compare her a little too much with Tango, but I really try hard not to. She's a great girl, and once she grows up and matures a little more, she'll be a wonderful dog. I know she'll never, ever be Tango and I really wouldn't want that anyway. Dance's personality and temperament is completely different from Tango's. They are/were total opposites.
