I have never tasted tequila, and never intend to, after an incident at our old apartment, where during a party spilled tequila took the finish off the part of the kitchen table it was spilled on - and it was an old kitchen table with many years of stuff ground in that also was stripped off by the tequila. If it'd do that to a table, I'd hate to know what it'd do to one's insides.
