I agree with everyone else. People are not nagging you they are just concerned about the welfare of these puppies that are bred needlessly that will probably end up in shelters,dumpster,ect...
Breeding is not something you just do for the money, you make very little off of it. Responsible breeders know that they have to do A LOT of research before they ever begin. They know their stuff. They put in a lot of time to make sure their dogs are healthy, happy, and well cared for. Honestly, these days, I think breeders should be few and far between. There are so many dogs in need of good homes out there. And millions of millions are being dieing each day (a lot rather tragically and painfully) because of irresponsible or "backyard" breeders. The ones who want the money without the work.
And I don't know what your being young has to do with anything...

I looked through the other thread, and I don't think people were nagging you at all. I think they were trying to educate you about the downfalls of backyard breeding. How much research has your cousin done? Has she taken into consideration the cost of a C-Section (which small dogs usually have to have)? Exactly what health tests has she had done on her dogs?

I am not disagreeing with the answers on here but I have to look at the other side of the coin also.
I asked a very simple question last week..."would you mind having to show proof for your SD". All I wanted was simple answers for someone who had talked to me about this......My question got twisted and turned into something else. Luckily everything got settled in pm's and we ended up on the same team when all was said and done.
