OY VEH! Being a former vet tech, I sure hope that is not REAL! Poor cat.:(

It's manipulated for sure. You can tell cause it's belly is so much more blocky and non-sharp than the rest of the picture.

But yeah, I'm sure there are cats in the world that look like that :( Too sad...
