She is SO pretty! I hope she can settle in at your place. She has lots of years left in her with a setting calm enough for her.
Thanks so much for taking her in!
I'm glad to see the tradition of your angel kitties sending you a new, needy kitty is still carrying on. Welcome to heaven on earth Puff. You've landed with the most wonderful, caring person in the world. She will spare no effort to ensure you are healthy and happy. I look forward to getting to know much more about you.
What a pretty kitty, and a lucky one too.
Puff sure is a beauty.:) Thank you for being able to take her in and care for her. I'm sure she'll do much better in your home than she's doing in the shelter.:) I had a cat when I was a little girl and I named her Puff. She was a long haired orangie.;)
Hello little Puff - you have certainly landed on your paws with your new home :D

Aw, how nice for Puff. I love to hear about older cats being given a home because we know that they're confused, not knowing what happened to their human and why aren't they going home. Bless you for doing this.
Welcome home, Puff!!! I didn't see this yesterday, but thanks to Karen I now see who Beau chose as his successor.Quote:

The only time there was ever an issue for one was about 8 months before she died, one on her back abscessed and the vet had to clean it out real good and she had to be on antibiotics for 10 days to make sure it healed up correctly. So hopefully the bump on Puff's head is something similar and as unimportant.
Poor sweet Puff, she's probably scared and confused not knowing why she can't be with her human companion. The geriatric center where my Mom is gets visits from a group that brings dogs and cats to visit the residents. The residents love these visits, the looks on their faces while petting them and talking to them is a beautiful thing. Mom absolutely fell in love with the kitty that jumped up in her wheelchair, curled up in her lap and fell sound asleep. Arranging a visit between Puff and her former companion might be good for both of them but my concern is that Puff might become even more upset and confused when it comes time to leave. Bless you for taking her in!
How is Puff doing?
Welcome, sweet Puff!
