Is this too much to ask?

I want to be able to sell our house and not get shafted.

I would love to be abe to convince hubby to move to another state! Darn men in their darn comfort Zones! Take a risk already!:D

I will have a modest house on a lot of land, about fifteen to twenty minutes away from "civilization", with a few neighbors. I will also have a healthy, loving family (David and me and children), animals surrounding me and peace. :) Oh, and right this minute, I want an idea to come to me for my photography assignment (it's due tonight and I only have one of the two images I need!).
