Finding it hard to get my head around the Halloween thing...I've never heard that before, certainly not here. But then I know America is very "big" on Halloween, moreso than here or the UK where I used to live.

Please don't get me wrong, I have travelled to your country on many occasions and many parts of it are indeed beautiful, but sometimes the horror stories I hear on this board (and on TV!!) leave me cold.

In the UK, it is considered GOOD LUCK if a black cat crosses your path.

In the US, it is considered BAD luck if a black cat crosses your path.

So start from there and then add Halloween and fruitcakes and you have a bad situation for black cats this time of year. I am not letting Ebony out of my sight!
