What a wild kitty you are Fergus! Maybe you will settle down as you age. Maybe not! You are lucky to have such a tolerant family. Congratulations for being The Cat of The Day! You are just too cool for words. I shall try to teach my two monster cats to bring back sticks now, rather than those furry mice they usually play with. Sticks? Dogs play with sticks, not kitties!

I see I am not the first one of the *dog people* to be drawn over to this side of the fence, Fergus. What a charmer you are with your doggie ways. It's not just the stick fetching, it's the *quite a handful* comment that rang up another similarity. Oh I will stop comparing you as I am sure you don't want to hear it. You are simply a wonderfully mavelous, strickingly beautiful, very smart kitty with qualities all your own. And as CAT OF THE DAY you have inspired us all, cat and dog lovers alike.

Fergus, I don't know which is more remarkable- the fact that you, a cat, are performing the distinctly doggie-like action of fetching a stick, or the expertise of the person who took the picture. The photographer should enter this pic in a contest- I think it would be a winner!
