It seems that sometimes our precious cats have to go through a tough time to get to the top. You sure have made it, with your loving owner. Not to mention international feline fame as a well deserving COTD!

Big purrs from Monte, Mimi (formerly abandoned), and Angel Baby (also formerly abandoned) who all live in the lap of luxury (as should all cats!).

My my what a big yawn for such a handsome kitty. I'm so glad that you were picked and that you landed up being forever grateful to your owners by showing them how much you love them for picking you. Poor baby though that it took a little while to earn their trust. Who can blame you, with what you must have gone through.
Now look at you, full of unconditional love, with lots of love in return.
Congratulations sweetie on being the COTD. You surely deserve it. :D

I'm sure there's a perfectly good cat behind those fangs...
