Airborne! Use it, it works and will keep you from getting sick! I, and several others I know, swear by it. We certainly don't want you getting sick now!!

People I know swear by Zicam.
Good luck!
Oh no! Add some chicken soup to the mix and take Eccinachea (with or without Goldenseal). Airborne works to shorten the duration of a cold if you start taking it immediately when you feel a cold coming on.
Lots of liquids, rest and that lavendar bath stuff sounds PERFECT!
It probably is stress, so try to relax - I know, easier said than done. :)
Zicam is what I was going to mention. There used to be a TV commercial for it - the bride felt a cold coming on and Zicam saved the day :)Quote:

I get mine at Kroger but have also seen it at Revco. It is about $10.
Ohhh no, I sure hope it passes super duper quick!! Can't have you feeling bad on your big day!!!
Another vote for ZICAM here! I carry the Cold Remedy Oral Mist in my purse 24/7.

They also have generic (cheaper!) Airborne-type products these days.
Best of luck, Kimmy!!
I have to agree with the Airborne. I've had friends who swore by it and last time I started feeling like a cold was coming on I tried it and the cold never developed into anything!!
I hope you feel better soon!
Echinacea! Zinc Lozenges!
hugs

As it is summer where you are, I was wondering if maybe it was just allergy symptons,as they are often very similar, you could always try an antihistimane to see just in case, otherwise you have been given some helpful advice, i sure hope you will be ok for your big day, HUGS.
Emergen-C has been a life saver for me. It's this vitamin C powder you put in water. Kinda gross tasting but it helps.
You know, I had never heard of that before until yesterday. My coworker keeps it in her office and gave me some.Quote:

Thanks for all the advice everyone! Didn't get a chance to go to the store yesterday, but will today.
I felt A LOT better this morning and then when I got to work, I felt that same "off" feeling but also with jitters. This is obviously stress and nerves.
Deep breaths!
Keep up with the whatever-you're doing---
I like Airborne, too. Walgreen has a less expensive home brand that works just as well, too. It probably is the stress, too. Do some deep breathing & relaxation exercises, too. Lots of those available at web sites.
Kim, I see you whole and well on your wedding day! Nothing will be overlooked, all is in divine order. :) *Kisses* with or without garlic! ;)
