Could you put triple antibiotic cream on it like for a human skin infection? I would think that would work, as long as it's somewhere that they can't easily lick off (i.e. the ear). Maybe that would help it heal up faster.
I really don't know if that would be something good for them or not; if someone else knows for sure, please post a response :)

Yes, you can put neosporin type ointment on the tick bump. After you remove a tick it's a good idea to clean the infected area w/ alcohol then apply the ointment!
