Noo tell your dad if she acts up DONT leave her DONT let her win or she'll be walking all over you and get much worse! Grain will also make her alot more hyper so try to feed it to her when shes out in the padock for the day so that when your leadin her to the padock she isnt as crazy and when you leader her in shes isnt crazy for eating her grain. I know she needs to trust you but letting her walk all over you is going to solve nothing. If she acts up get the end of the lead rope and give her a smack on the shoulder to tell her to smarten up and listen. A lead shank is a better idea because it restrains them when they rear up or take off. None of this HURTS the horses it wakes them up and straitens them out. A lead shank is like using a choke collar it dosent hurt them. And no its not like putting one on a puppy because she isnt a foal She's full grown. Vela have you HAD horses before or been with a horse who is bad before? Cause the info your giving is kind of wrong. I would suggest getting a trainer brought up to just LOOK and see what the problem is and see what they suggest doing. I think out of everyone on PT Tobey's my baby knows the most about horses he would be the one to listen to also miss ZQuote:
