Does Cody swim? When we first took Duncan to camp, he didn't know how to swim! We had to pull him out twice! He has webbed feet and looks like he may have Newfoundland in him but he probably had never been swimming before!
Now he loves it and it's the only activity that seems to tire him out...

Thanks Jennifer!:) Star is swimming as I speak, and it's only 40 degress!:eek: Cody is the official "lifeguard!:D She goes into the ocean up to her shoulders; she loves that. Last year for the first time she "let go" and actually started paddling! We were all alone, it was a very warm day in Oct. The water was so warm and nice and there wasn't a soul around. I said what the heck, took off my shorts and went in in my undies and T shirt!:o Cody followed me in and off she swam. I was s o excited and proud I started to cry! Her face looked like..."Mom, and I'm doing good??" What can I say, they're my kids! LOL!! Cody is a Husky/Shep. I'm not sure either breed loves the water, but I may be wrong! When it's hot out, she'd rather dig a hole in the shade and just nap!! Give big hugs to Duncan, and if you're ever up my way, POOL PARTY!!

Jennifer, I really love that picture of Duncan. He looks like a big goofball. You really should enter that in a photo contest because it is a beautiful, expressive photo :)

I don't know how I missed this but I'm glad I saw it this time around! Duncan is absolutely stunning in the all wet look! And Star in that big swimming pool all alone..... How lucky!

I agree, Pet Talk meeting at Sandra's house! Looks like there is plenty of room and can you imagine lots of dogs swimming in the "BIG POND"??? :rolleyes: :eek: :D :D
