This was a good warning , please heaed it for us and the furkids sakes. Also stay away from Micky D"s that stuff will kill ya. :D Glad your home and getting all the nursing you can from the Pro's there at the ranch.

I've been waaaay behind on checking PT happenings! So sorry to hear about your heart attack Phred, but glad to be reading the last page and hearing you're back home again. Good thing you got into the hospital quick, and are on the mend. Go slow, and don't let those dogs take you on any wild runs for a while! ;)

Phred, glad to hear you are feeling fine, but you gotta get some sleep, too!
How about......no naps later in the PM, then a nice glass of warm milk before bed time along with a nice warm bath/shower and then some nice calm music on the clock radio in the nice cool temperatured bedroom? I think I am getting sleepy just typing this!
I bet everyone here has some fun thing to recommend to you!
