So, now all the press of the city are talking about the cats of the Redencao Park!
And we louched a campaign of adoption! We show on tv many beautiful photos of our cats with their names on the photos!
And now the city policy and the brigade policy decided to do something about the pitbulls who hunt the cats!!!!!!!!!
Finally there is reaction on the authorities on the protection of our cats!

On the 25th of August it is Baboo Booby Nino Pussy Rhay's Birthday! There will be a POEM CONQUEST IN HONOR TO RHAY at 5pm Brazilian time!
Those friends who feel like writing congratulations to him are more than welcomed! We are going to take the poems until the 27th of August, and the winner poem will be known on the 28th, Sunday!

Barbara, yes, we like to make parties...
Yesterday, this famous TV talk show and cuisine program held by Ana Maria Braga decided to celebrate on air the birthday of her puppie Belinha, a small white female dog with curly pelage. (She also has a famous animated parrot on the show, his name is Louro Jose).
So, there were 6 dogs, all small except one, a Norwegian dark big dog, all friends of Belinha.
They set on the carpet the cakes and dishes of the party. One small hungry puppie started to eat before they sang happy birthday! And she kept eating all the time they were shouting and on air!
The cake was big, something like one meter square, made of no sugar gelley and animal flouwer, and had written on it "Parabens, Belinha" (happy birthday, Belinha), color ocre or something like dark brown.
Ana Maria had to knell all the time, and she called the dogs around so that they come to the table... The dogs did not come but were around the studio! When they finally made to the table, she cut the cake in big chuncks and they started to eat!
But Belinha was nervous and wandered around... And a small puppy never made to the table because she was very interested in the Norwegian dog, could not stop going around him, and trying to jump on him, 10 times her size!
So, the party went on, while there was a tremendous silence in the studio!
Can you imagine no dog barked?!!!!:)
P.S. I send her an e-mail suggesting she had a cat on her show! They would meouw for sure!!!:)

We had lots of fun, but must present our protest for the ugly taste of poem readings on MAL AU COEUR! Can you believe they come with poem of their lost boyfriends and girlfriends?!!! Rhay.
It was the evening... some clouds on this days of Winter... Some come with long list of poem... Can you believe they were waiting for a romantic poem seassion?!!!
The cats were waiting for lots of fun and food... Kim (in memory), Neko, Rhay, Lilly, The family - boycat, girlcat, mom cat and Hai, Tisk and Radish, the german sheppards, TB, Hebrew, Karen - Hebrew's girldriend, and 4 couples friends present... and mummy Lou, of course!
Then few cookies and salties - these how we call some salt biscouts, and some red wine... A best prefered soup and milk with cinanmon dips for those felines who wanted...
They begun to read... and the MAL AU COEUR come slowly into scene! And how they lost they youth love for another College guy... and how the flowers and the letter never got to the girl of his most love.. and so it went...
The cats started to meouw, all in all, moving their tails from one side to the other... moving from one side to the other... Uooops a tail almost into the fireplace... come one, come cat, little cat, move away from the fireplace... come one, come one..
And the MAL AU COEUR continued and some more cat meows untill mummy Lou said, come on... boys and girls... because you sound like teenagers... create new poems right away...
Oh, no!!! Oh, no!!! We rehearsed all week all these poems...
So, it was the evening of MAL AU COEUR!!!
They declared that those poems would honor Rhay because it were the best poems ever!!!
Mummy Lou said her poem, Hebrew read a poem of T.S.Eliot for his cats, and while the cats and kittens started to sleep, bored with MAL AU COEUR, dark late night come on, and the win started to blow outside...
That is why we could not decide which was the best poem!!! We come to the decision along the week after many protest of TB, whose poem was not put on Pet Talk, because it talked about MAL AU COEUR death of the beloved... George said he was not going to play anymore (!!!!!) and Joana was furious because we called them MAL AU COEUR!!!
But then reality come with Rhay prefering the poem of Paul, who saved the Poem Conquest on Rhay's Honor!
And a prize on Best Beautiful Message of Birthday was decided because at Pet Talk there it was Barbara's message so colourfull!!!
What a day...
