Sad News from Mugsy and Myself

SHELTER UPDATE

Today is the day. The building will be empty today. There are a few more loads of stuff and cleaning and we are outta there. Next step? Regroup and start over!

What a sad day. Be strong (I know you will) and fight onward!!! For the poor unfortunates!!! You'll be in my thoughts and prayers. Good luck and hugs to you.

Thanks Sue, it made it a little easier that Mike had gone over and dismantled and moved the kennels. The empty kennels are what ripped me up. The dogs from the shelter are all doing well at their various locations and honestly are getting better medical than they were with us. All the dogs at the SPCA are being spayed or neutered before they are adopted, which is something we always wanted to do. Now it's just a matter of waiting for the slumlord to find a way not to give us back our deposit. It was sad though not hearing any barking when I walked in, but, it gets a little easier everyday, but, not that much.

Thanks to all of you guys for your thoughts and prayers, it has made the burden a little easier.
