This one is 13 850 bites. The other resized one still has 78 613 bites :eek:

I'm pretty Sure Karen and Paul want all pictures to be under 25kb. "mollinsammysmall" is 80kb. If you set the resolution to 72dpi then it will help a lot. ;)

Just a suggestion and something that ChrisH told me about a long time ago. You can download and install Irfranview which allows you to resize photos, and it's free. Give it a try. Works great for me.

I wish I could but I am not allowed to download anything. The computer got a viris last year, and my parents blamed me. They are being very unfair.

Do you have winzip??? If so, I can zip up the file and email it to you. I promise, it doesn't come with any kind of virus or spyware. There is an option to install some Ebay options but you can just untick those and everything will be OK.
