I got roses!
Well, actually there's good news and bad news. Mark is a WONDERFUL man. Very hard working (best roommate to have!! Except when you need someone to talk to). This afternoon I was job hunting online when he walked in with 2 dozen yellow roses for both my birthday and Valentine's Day. My HUNCH is he got a whole bunch of them at a discount (like day old bread). He gave me 99% of them and then took one for each of the girl's downstairs in the law office. Okay, so they were a little limp and the petals were falling off. It was the thought. So I soaked them in a sink full of ice water for about 30 minutes. Voila!! Although I didn't have a vase to put them in, I used a plastic water pitcher. They're beautiful and I've got the best roommate in the whole wide world!!!

And they're yellow - friendship and sunshine! :)
Miss Hoppy would gladly munch any fallen petals for you!

How thoughtful!! :D
I had flowers sent to Andy's work.
I always tell him I would love flowers sent to my work, but he doesn't get the 'hint'. Hopefully this will help. ;) :D
