Help message from Romania!

Animal lovers from all over the world , please take stand against the slaughter that started again on the 30th of January 2006 against the stray dogs all over Romania.
Look at the way the authorities solved the stray dogs problem during time: http://www.care2.com/c2c/photos/view...dc3ba7af0eae3d - this is repeating right now!
The best case scenario is that the dogs are kept in a shelter for 72 hours and after that perioad of time are killed.
They put a reward in cash on the head of every captured stray dog,so every person can abuse these poor animals and receive money for this!
No one is allowed to adopt more then one dog,that is why the poor animals have just a little chance to survive!

We,the animal lovers from Romania, are really desperate and feel helpless watching how these animals are being poisend,beaten,how there heads are smashed and other similar atrocities.If anyone can help us in any way to stop these abuses, please do!
