Even if its cold right now, i´m in the mood of a "chamoyada" but of coffee, a "chamoyada" consists of crushed ice, covered in lemon juice,"tico" (some sort of hot spicy powder), "chamoy " (basically same as tico but more juicy like consintency) so it´s a spicy stuff, but anyway going to the point......

the one i like is made of coffee!!!
it has crushed ice, then you pour it with coffee (cold of course, like frozen cappuccino, mmhh)tehn top it with a scoop of ice cream and finally just pour on top of that a bit of "cajeta"

and also a bit of this "lechera de nestle"

which is milk but in a creamy consistency and very sweet

this treat is so sweet that´ll get you going hyper LOL not really but it´s so good i might get some in the afternoon mmmmmmmmmmhhhhhhh

Mmmm I love cajeta! Everytime I go home to visit my family (they live near Matamoros) I make my dad buy me a bottle of it. My favorite is to spread it on a piece of bread, but I also like it by itself, in coffee and on top of ice cream!
