Please!!!i Think My Dog Has A Serious Condition!!!!

Hi...I have a Shetland Sheepdog. He is only four years old. Today my friend and I were taking him on a walk, and when we stopped to pet him, we noticed a small bump on his skin. His skin is a pale peach color, but the bump was brown. I am soooo worried that he has cancer or something. Can anybody help me out? All answers are appreciated more than you could know.

You might want to try posting this under dogs health, and you should probably get him to the vet to have it checked out, espically if it is tender to the touch :( .
