I'm Making Sigs!!

Ok, I'm bored and have nothing better to do, so I'm making sigs.

What program do you use that makes your rounded like the one you made for joanofark and like a picture thing for goldenluv?!

I use Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8 and change the shape of the Selection tool and have anti-alias checked.

oh cool I have photofiltre since it is for free.
