Possibly the cutest puppies I have seen in a while

Okay, all puppies are darling, but these guys have just melted my heart. They're at a rescue in town. I'm thinking about telling my mom ... she wants another Lab and she wants to get it before I leave home (at least 1 1/2 years away, probably 2 or more though) so I can train it (and it will be kept as the family pet once I leave). These are just listed as Retriever mixes, but honestly my mom and I love any kind of Retriever (except Curly Coated, never met one ;)). This would put off my Great Dane pup for a while, but for these guys ... I would totally wait to get a Dane. Plus, I'm still working with Mandy and if she'd accept an adult Dane in a year or so, I'd rather rescue. Okay, I'm rambling now :p

She almost said yes to some Lab mixes in November because one looked a lot like both Nova and Mandy as puppies. I told her she was crazy because we had just adopted Luka like one week before that lol. But now that the holidays are over things have died down, and I could take it to puppy class. Of course, she saw those in person and liked their personalities, seeing pictures online makes it *much* easier for her to say no. lol

(My grandma had a Black Lab, Ace, when I was a kid. I've loved the breed ever since. Someday down the road I'll have a lab of my own.)

I sent the pictures to my mom and she replied with "They are so cute!" and rambled on about her friend that needs someone to watch her dogs for her lol. I'll have to talk to her about it later I guess :(

I'll take Nestle...too cute!! They are all adorable though. You're right, there is no possible way she could say no if she met them...thats how we got Jack, lol!

Yeah, I still live with my parents. I'll definetly be taking Nova and Luka. Mandy will get to choose (in a way). She has gotten really attatched to my parents lately. I want to take her with me but I also want to do what's best for her. The Labs are both my dogs, but if one of them liked it here better they could stay too. I think they'll go with me though, and Mandy is still hard to tell. I'll probably take her with me at first and see if her anxiety kicks in. If it does, she'll come back home.

You know, (your) Mandy is exactly who I thought of when I saw the chocolate ones! The white ones look a lot like (my) Mandy as a puppy.

Okay, thats what I thought. I just wanted to know if they are your families or yours.
