Hello Scooties! When i first saw your face today on COTD, you reminded me so much of my cat Brando who is now living life to the full at the rainbow bridge. You sound just like him too, always wanting to cuddle and give people kisses, i'm sure that Brando would have wanted you to be COTD today. What a precious picture! I love your hat and your little white pawsies! :) Oh Scooties I am so happy that your new hoomans just happened to be in the right place at the right time. I know you are too! About two years ago I ran into a group of little boys with a box of abandoned kittens that someone had thrown out of a car :mad: . I took them to a shelter because I knew that I couldn't bring five kittens home with me. I think of them often and wonder about their fate. Fortunately your hoooman knew that she could always find room for one more and so she doesn't have to worry. You are in the best of hands and I couldn't be happier. What an adorable photo of you and your Dad!!! You remind me of my Spunky, who was such a cuddler! He put his cuddling to go use in the therapy work he did for over 14 yrs! He is celebrating his second Christmas at the Bridge! You were definitely meant to be with the FOREVER family that rescued you from the from of Petsmart!!! I am quite upset - no, I am very upset! - with you for posting this picture and story on Scooties. Now I am in love with Scooties and I cannot see Scooties; I cannot reach out and touch him, I cannot feel the raspy lick of his little tongue, nor hear his purr nor pull his hat from his head and watch his ears pop out. Having thus fallen, with no hope of requite, I am condemned to mope about in sorrow and longing for the rest of my life.
But wait, there is one bright spot, one ray of hope and humor! Yes, the image of Scooties up on just two legs, perhaps with his two front paws raised menacingly in the air, chasing dogs, will counter all this moroseness and leave me chuckling, not only today but tomorrow and next year and for however many years and decades I might have left.

What a pretty girl you are Scooties (cute name)! You have such a feminine and pretty kitty face, and such beauuuuuutiful eyes!
