Help my peekapoo puppy is constipated

My peekapoo puppy hasn't pooped all day and I noticed he had some poopy stuck to the end of his bottom. I gave him a bath and now I notice something kind of sticking out of hisbottom and it looks weird. I am a first time pet owner and I'm a little concerned

Is it sticking out of his rectum?

could it be his "intestines" got out a bit??

Did you find out what was going on w/ your puppy?

If she is constipated you should put pumpkin in her food for about a week.
