Shelter in GA is Closing - Please help if you can!!

I saw this message posted on the Best Friends Site that the following shelter is closing. This is a High-kill shelter so immediate action is needed. The date for euthanising said Dec. 21, but Petfinder.com is still showing them as urgent so they could still be there. Please call and check if you are able to help. Unfortunately I live too far away:

Romeo is a boy who got himself into a little bit of trouble. A neighboring female attracted his unneutered attention. So now here he sits, scared and lonely. He is shaking and worried about his fate. We are worried of his fate as well. His time is limited, please call today! The onsite mobile spay/neuter clinic can help his former wandering ways by neutering him at a much reduced rate! ECAC serves Elbert County Georgia. We are a kill shelter, an unfortunate result of pet overpopulation. Please help put a stop to the needless deaths of thousands of companion animals each year, spay and neuter your pets! Dogs and puppies are available for a small adoption donation. At this time the facility does not offer vetting of impounded animals, but we do have a discount mobile spay/neuter clinic that comes onsite once a week. We can assist you in scheduling an appointment to get your new companion spayed or neutered. Adopter must provide proof of sterilization.

Lizzie is a sweet girl who got in a little rouble for going into heat and attracting all the boys in the neighborhood. Her owner obviously did not want to spay her, so here she is. The shelter does have a mobile clinic who will spay Lizzie at a much reduced rate, so that problem is easily corrected. Lizzie is a sweet and loving girl.
